Assess, practise, develop: measurable skills where your teams work

Simundia combines video coaching with an AI coach and content between sessions [5]. Coachello turns the space between sessions into deliberate practice and measures the result:

1. Assess: AI-debriefed skills assessments show where each manager stands on the skills you care about.
2. Practise: AI roleplays let managers rehearse feedback, delegation or a difficult conversation as often as they need, with feedback after each run.
3. Develop: an ICF PCC or MCC coach works on what the assessment and practice reveal, in 3-hour situational or 6 to 8-hour development formats.
4. Measure: HR tracks progress per person and per programme (usage, themes, NPS, custom KPIs, Power BI or Tableau export), without access to session content.

All of it runs inside Microsoft Teams and Slack, so managers practise where they already work.

Proof: in ENGIE’s pilot, 69 managers were onboarded and 94% of sessions were rated as having a positive impact within 3 weeks; self-assessed performance rose from 4.75 to 7.19 (+2.4 points) [16].

Simundia is one of the few providers to publish a price: from €1,250 excl. VAT per participant for 3 hours of coaching, a 1-hour orientation and about 3 hours of asynchronous work [7]. Simundia sets a high experience bar: 15 years in companies, 1,000+ hours of prior coaching, a recognised accreditation (SFCoach, EMCC or ICF) and supervision [4]. Every Coachello coach holds an ICF PCC or MCC credential (500+ and 2,500+ coaching hours, assessed by ICF), has 10+ years of corporate experience and is supervised monthly. Coachello sessions are rated 4.8/5 on average; Enedis reported +37% leadership confidence and Hyland +77% performance.

Limitations of this comparison

Simundia information comes only from its public website, opened on 6 October 2026. Simundia publishes an entry price but not a full price list, so the cost difference is a Coachello estimate, not a guaranteed saving. Simundia’s outcome figures (+47% performance, €250k of benefits for €50k invested) are published without a method and differ from figures on its own training page; Coachello’s client results use different methods.
