Assess, practise, develop: measurable skills where your teams work

CoachHub has added AI role plays and self-assessments to its AIMY coach [3]. Coachello’s difference is running the four steps as one loop, with a credentialed coach at the centre and inside both Teams and Slack:

Assess: AI-debriefed skills assessments show where each manager stands on the skills you care about.
Practise: AI roleplays let managers rehearse feedback, delegation or a difficult conversation as often as they need, with feedback after each run.
