What We Were Assessed On
Unlike a self-reported award, an EcoVadis medal is earned through an independent assessment built on international sustainability standards, including the Global Reporting Initiative, the UN Global Compact, and ISO 26000.
Environment
Coachello is a fully digital coaching platform, embedded directly into the tools organisations already use: Slack, Microsoft Teams, and web.
Labor & Human Rights
Our coaching network is built on fair, transparent engagement with the [400+] ICF-certified (PCC/MCC) coaches who deliver sessions on the platform, the same rigor we expect from our own workplace practices internally.
Ethics
Coaching involves sensitive, personal data, so ethical data handling isn’t a policy on paper for us, built into the product. Our approach to AI is explicitly human-first: technology supports the coaching relationship, it doesn’t replace the judgment or accountability of a certified coach.
Sustainable Procurement
We hold our own vendors and partners to the same standards we’re assessed on, from data infrastructure providers to the broader supply chain that supports the platform.
