The impact was so profound that we expanded the program to all employees, embedding coaching into our culture and supporting every individual’s development journey. It then moved forward with a leadership program that helps people further their careers as well as providing coaching for existing leaders and executives.
Challenges
Qonto faced the challenge of supporting both new managers and emerging leaders amidst rapid growth. They recognised that to “provide consistent learning and development programs that would elevate leadership across the company, from new leaders to experienced managers”, they needed a solution that would address leadership gaps, boost team collaboration, and equip leaders with the critical skills to navigate challenges. Qonto’s focus was not only on immediate skill enhancement but also on creating a sustainable leadership pipeline that would support long-term growth and resilience.
Solution
Qonto partnered with Coachello to address its talent development needs, leveraging a range of solutions including coaching programs, workshops, and assessments like 360 feedback, MBTI, and DISC. With Lean-based learning methodology, Coachello supported Qonto’s first-time managers with a coaching program integrated into their enhancing skills such as feedback and assertiveness. Additionally, the Elevate Your Leadership program was designed to elevate leadership through tailored workshops, enhancing self-development and team leadership. With this comprehensive approach, leaders saw substantial improvements in both team performance and collaboration.
