First Login
Once the coaching program is approved, the Coachello app is automatically added to Microsoft Teams and pinned to the left-hand sidebar for the program’s duration. Coachees will also receive an invitation email to get started.
Self-Assessment
The journey starts with a self-assessment, enabling the coachee to reflect on their needs and goals, alongside input from their HR representative. This helps us recommend the coach best suited to their profile.
Flash Feedback (Optional)
Coachees can request flash feedback directly from peers, team members, or their manager via Microsoft Teams, providing a 360° view of their development areas.
Goal Selection
The coachee receives their self-assessment results and selects the goals to focus on. These goals can evolve throughout the program, influenced by HR input and tripartite discussions.
Coach Slection
The coachee selects their coach by clicking on ‘Book a session’. Our algorithm recommends three coaches based on their objectives, seniority, profile, and language. Coachees can review profiles, watch introductory videos, and explore LinkedIn. They can also schedule a 15-minute chemistry call to ensure a good fit before finalizing their selection.
Session booking
The coachee accesses their calendar, selects a date and time for the first session, and can add their manager (N+1) for the tripartite. Once confirmed, the session is booked in the coach’s, coachee’s, and manager’s calendars (Outlook), and a confirmation email and Teams notification are sent.
Coaching Sessions
The coachee connects via the invitation and begins the session in Teams.
Session Report
After each session, the coachee receives a confidential session report detailing objectives, progress, feelings, and next steps. The coachee and coach complete the report during the final 5 minutes of the session.
Session Feedback and Evaluation
After each session, the coachee can rate the session and provide feedback. Once and after the final session, they will receive an end-of-coaching questionnaire to assess progress against the initial goals set.
