Solution

To support managers in successfully navigating their evolving roles and responsibilities, CEA partnered with Coachello to implement a targeted coaching program designed to provide both immediate support and long-term development.

Situational Coaching – On-the-Spot Leadership (3 sessions)

For managers facing immediate leadership challenges, we introduced a Situational Coaching program consisting of three focused coaching sessions. These sessions provided on-the-spot guidance tailored to the manager’s specific challenges, such as handling difficult conversations, managing change, and making critical decisions under pressure. This approach ensured that managers had the tools they needed to address real-time obstacles and lead with confidence.

Development Coaching – 360 (6 sessions)

To foster long-term leadership development, we implemented a Development Coaching program featuring six coaching sessions, initiated through a 360-degree feedback assessment. This process allowed managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their strengths and development areas, helping them refine their leadership approach and implement meaningful changes.

The coaching journey was designed to help managers:
