MeilleursAgents.com is an innovative real estate service for individuals selling property. Founded in 2008, MeilleursAgents.com started with only four employees, the founders. Today, the company has over three hundred employees, more than 10,000 partner agencies and has become the leader in online real estate pricing and estimation with an 81% national audience share.
Paris-based, high-growth, a recent acquisition by a major international group and by itself already a market leader. We are not disclosing all details but it is safe to say that there were more than enough ingredients to put a meaningful leadership coaching program into place for their managerial population. That’s exactly what we did and what made us love Meilleurs Agents.

As Meilleurs Agents continued to grow and evolve, it became clear that strong leadership needed to extend beyond the executive team. While top-level management had support, mid-level managers lacked access to personalized leadership development tools. This gap posed a risk to team cohesion, communication, and employee engagement—especially as the company navigated periods of transformation and rapid expansion. Managers, often acting as the bridge between strategy and execution, were expected to lead effectively without the structured support to do so.
HR leaders Aminata Pelletier and Clarisse Berriau recognized that relying solely on occasional training or one-size-fits-all development initiatives would not suffice. The company needed a solution that could scale with their teams, boost engagement, and provide real, lasting impact—without disrupting the workflow of busy managers. Without proper support, there was a risk of decreased motivation, ineffective communication, and missed opportunities for talent growth within the organization.
To meet this challenge, Meilleurs Agents partnered with Coachello to launch a fully customized Leadership Coaching Program. Focused on 40 key managers, the initiative offered six personalized coaching sessions through Coachello’s Slack-integrated platform, ensuring flexible, seamless access. The program also introduced structured support, including engagement with direct supervisors and tailored development plans that respected each manager’s context and leadership style.
Given the context, Meilleurs Agents realised it was going to be crucial to invest in their managers, to increase engagement, to support them to become better leaders, to address their challenges and to help them navigate in a period of change.
That’s why Aminata Pelletier and Clarisse Berriau, Meilleurs Agents's HR Managers, wanted to create a learning path that included coaching and make them autonomous of their personal development. Coaching was only available to C-Levels, and they wanted to scale it to more managers with a coaching solution.

Since the launch of the Leadership Coaching Program, Meilleurs Agents has made significant strides toward achieving their objectives of increasing managerial and leadership skills, supporting managers in a personalized way, driving behavioral change, and integrating coaching into their broader L&D program.
After only three months, the program expanded to other managers within the company, reflecting its success and impact. The top five coaching topics included leadership, management, communication, relationships, and finding meaning at work.
